LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Rent shall become overdue if not received by Owner by due date. A penalty of 2% per month of the overdue amount, but no less than $10, may be assessed until balance is paid. A $20 fee shall be charged per bad check. All penalties are due and payable with next month’s rent, and shall be considered as an addition to that rent. If payment were more than 10 days overdue, Owners may terminate the lease and give Tenants a 7-day notice to vacate the premises. Furthermore, Tenants shall be responsible for all associated collection and legal expenses.

 

WATER BILL
Tenant may be responsible for payment of residence water bill. Quaterly, the landlord will send a bill to the tenant seeking payment for their water bill. Payment for water bill is expected within 10 days of receipt of bill.
